​We are sitting down with Fonoa. Fonoa runs tax compliance for Uber, Netflix, Canva, and Booking.com, across 190+ jurisdictions and more than a billion transactions a year. In May they raised a $110M Series C led by Headline and acquired PwC's Indirect Tax Edge. The company started in Zagreb in 2019. We want to hear how that actually got built from here, and what changed at each step. Questions from the room after.

​Who we want to meet. LAUNCHub has been investing in Southeast and Central Europe (SEE/CEE) since 2012. Founded before funded: most of us built companies before we backed them. We have just closed our third fund and are actively investing. We lead and structure the round, €0.3M to €3M initial, often before there is a product, and we are industry-agnostic: B2B software and applied AI, fintech and financial infrastructure, data and developer tools, vertical software for large offline industries, marketplaces, hardware.
