Biz Book Club: A Book Club for Founders (September theme: Creativity)
About this event
If you're a founder or operator who loves a good book and even better conversation, this one's for you.
Biz Book Club is a reading community where we explore business topics through books, and the people reading them.
What makes it different? Instead of everyone reading the same title, we pick a theme and each bring a different book to the table. More perspectives, richer conversations, and ideas you can actually take back to your work.
Session theme: CREATIVITY 🎨
Creativity is one of those things every business runs on but rarely makes time for: how you solve problems, spot the angle nobody else has, keep the work feeling fresh rather than formulaic.
As always, we're exploring the theme through different books and different lenses. We'd love to hear what yours taught you!

How it works (and why to book early)
We announce each session about two months ahead on purpose, and that runway is the whole point. It gives you time to actually read, sit with the ideas, maybe trial them in your own work before we meet to talk it through.
There are two ways in, depending on where you're at:
Ready to come along? Grab your ticket here and you're automatically added to the bookclub too, no second form to fill in. You're all set.
Not ready to commit to the evening yet? No worries. Just join the bookclub over at helmcrew.com/bookclub, which is open anytime. You'll see the theme, browse the suggested titles, and start reading at your own pace. When you're ready, come back and book your spot any time up to 48 hours before we meet.
Either way, booking early is a small commitment to yourself: to protect the evening in your calendar and give yourself the full two months to enjoy the book properly. That's what makes the conversation on the night worth showing up for.
A little about me 👋
Hi, I'm Niki. I run HelmCrew, where I help founders scale calmly, without burning out or losing themselves in the process. I started Biz Book Club because some of the best business thinking I've done has come from a good book and an even better conversation about it, and I wanted to build a space for exactly that. No performance, no networking pressure, just interesting people reading interesting things and talking honestly about what stuck. I'd love for you to be part of it
