

IRG100 Leadership Program 2027
The IRG100 is a six-month leadership program for CMOs that want to increase their personal, business, and societal impact.
Built on the findings of the IRG Impact Study and Marketing2030, the program connects CMOs with experts, peers, and industry leaders to better understand, engage with, and create value for colleagues, customers, communities, and the capital markets - IRG calls this driving more Humanized Growth.
IRG100 2027 runs from January to June 2027, combining 2 immersive in-person summits with bi-weekly virtual sessions and ongoing peer learning.
IRG100 participation is free of charge, and participation is by invitation only.

Kick-off Summits
Begin the program with your cohort through immersive in-person sessions:

Bi-weekly Learning Sessions
Nine interactive Zoom sessions combining plenary discussions and small-group peer exchange.

IRG100 Cannes CMO Summit
The program concludes at the annual IRG100 CMO Summit in St. Paul de Vence, France, June 18-21, 2027, ahead of the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.

Who Should Apply
The program is designed for CMOs and CMO-1 level leaders with roughly 20 years of experience who:
Are members of, or report to, the Executive Committee;
Aspire to play a role in shaping business strategy;
Collaborate closely across the C-Suite; and
Can commit to the full program, including both in-person and virtual sessions.
Program Costs
The IRG100 Leadership Program is supported by WPP, Google, Ipsos, and TCS, who cover all program development fees.
The IRG is fully independent, and the IRG partners have no role in program content selection or speaking slots.
Participants are responsible for the cost of their own travel, accommodation, and hospitality costs for the New York, Oxford-London, and St. Paul de Vence gatherings.
