​Join for a relaxing and grounding yoga session🧘‍♀️

​First-time Fee: ¥500

​Language: The class can be conducted in English, Japanese, or Mandarin (depending on the participants of the day).

​Location: A cozy studio just a 7-minute walk from Kinshicho Station. (The exact address will be sent to you once your registration is confirmed).

​After Class: We’ll wrap up with some soothing herbal tea! Let's chat, catch up, and unwind together before we head home🍵

​レッスン言語： 当日の参加メンバーに合わせて、日本語・英語・中国語のいずれか（またはミックス）で行います。

​場所： 錦糸町駅から徒歩約7分のスタジオ。（お申し込み完了後に、詳しい住所を送ります）

​レッスンの後： 体を動かした後は、温かいハーブティーをご用意します。最近の出来事などをカジュアルにおしゃべりして、のんびり過ごしたあとに解散となります🍵
