【プログラムの目的】
HerRiseは、世界を目指す女性起業家のための、実践型プログラムです。女性起業家に焦点を当て、起業家精神の醸成や実践的な知見の習得、起業家同士の関係構築を通じて、グローバルに活躍する女性起業家の成長を継続的に支援します。
全６回のワークショップを通して、女性起業家が事業アイデアを具体化し、実現可能なビジネスプランへと落とし込むまでのプロセスを伴走支援します。
単なる知識の習得にとどまらず、学びと体験を通して、即戦力となるスキルを獲得し、実際のビジネスに活かすことを目的としています。

経営の本質とは何か
起業家の在り方
をディスカッション形式で探り、多様な視点を得ながら自分の軸を育てる時間をつくります。
これからの挑戦に必要な「心の準備」を整える、第一歩となる機会です。

【参加対象】
①創業から概ね10年以内の女性起業家（個人/法人）
②既にプロダクトアイデアがあり、数年以内に登記予定の女性起業家（個人）
③渋谷区スタートアップビザホルダー/S-startups認定企業
本イベントでは日英翻訳サービスを導入予定です。よりインタラクティブにご参加頂くため、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語が話せる方のご参加を推奨しています。
※渋谷区以外の方も参加可能ですが、定員を超える場合は渋谷区在住・在勤・在学者を優先します。

Launching a Practical, Year-Round Workshop Series for Women Entrepreneurs Aiming for Japan Success
[Program Objective]
HerRise is a hands-on program designed for women entrepreneurs aiming to go global. By focusing on women founders, the program supports their continuous growth through fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, gaining practical knowledge, and building meaningful peer connections.
Through a series of six workshops, participants are guided step by step to refine their business ideas and develop them into viable business plans.
Beyond simply acquiring knowledge, the program emphasizes learning through experience—equipping participants with practical, immediately applicable skills they can use in real business settings.
#1 | Entrepreneurial Mindset for Women Founders
In this session, participants explore:
What is the essence of management?
What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?
Through interactive discussions, they gain diverse perspectives while developing their own core values. This session serves as the first step in preparing the mindset needed for the challenges ahead.

[Speaker] Ms. Dayeon Ham, bgrass Inc.
Founder of “WAKE Career,” a high-skill career transition platform for women IT engineers, aimed at addressing the gender gap in the tech industry through technology. Born in Korea and raised in Japan, she began her career as a software engineer after graduating and simultaneously developed a one-on-one support service for women engineers independently. With a mission to close the gender gap in IT, she founded bgrass in July 2022. She was selected for “BEYOND MILLENNIALS 2024” and “Forbes Women in Tech 30.”

Each step is designed to equip you with skills you can immediately put into action. While you can join each session individually, continuous participation is strongly encouraged to maximize growth and community engagement.
[Eligibility for In-Person Participation]
① Women entrepreneurs (individuals or companies) within approximately 10 years of founding
② Women entrepreneurs (individuals) with a product idea, planning to incorporate within the next few years
③ Shibuya Startup Visa holders / S-startups certified companies
Simultaneous Japanese–English interpretation will be provided. To ensure an interactive experience, participants with business-level Japanese or higher are recommended.
※Applicants from outside Shibuya are welcome; however, if capacity is exceeded, priority will be given to those who live, work, or study in Shibuya.
