The Three Sessions
Day 1 · From chatbot to AI team. Map the work you carry, design the team around it, decide where your judgment belongs, and build the first member on one real job.
Day 2 · Give the team a brain. Add the business context it needs, separate what stays true from what changes, and set which sources it trusts.
Day 3 · Put the system to work. Turn the job into a reusable workflow, run the full loop, fix the weakest point, and set where the work pauses for your review.
