PM Habits for Getting Things Done
Almost everywhere you go, the PM job is a tough one. So it is important for PMs to intentionally develop habits that not only help you cope better with the tough parts of the job but also enable you to create more value and success than the average PM.
In this seminar, Shreyas will share a number of advanced habits that he developed over the course of his 15+ years as a PM and a PM leader. We will cover habits related to meetings, reviewing metrics, dealing with Slack, planning your work, finding time for skills growth, taking on a new role, etc. etc. While we will discuss concrete habits that have worked for Shreyas, you will also get an understanding of underlying principles so you can adapt these habits to your specific context. The presentation will be followed by a moderated Q&A session based on audience questions.
This seminar is most suited for PMs, EMs, TLs (and all leaders, actually).
