​What happens in our 25 minutes:

• ​5 minutes: Guided meditation to settle in

• ​15 minutes: Private journaling with weekly reflection questions

• ​5 minutes: Gentle close

​How to join: From anywhere with just a pen, paper and your phone or laptop. Google Meet link is shared here once you sign up. Your writing stays yours completely. We journal together but individually.
