Please note: Yoga mats will not be provided for this gathering. If you would like to use a yoga mat for the sound bath, please bring a yoga mat and any other comfort items (such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask - all are optional and based on your comfort needs). Chairs will also be available. If you require any special accommodations, please email sarah@avivawellness.net.
