Psychometric Assessments: Hype or Help?
You've probably had a manager ask you to roll out a personality test. Or sat through a "team building" workshop built entirely around four-letter codes. Or been pitched a shiny new assessment tool with a big price tag and an even bigger promise.
But does any of it actually change how people work together, or is it just an expensive way to give everyone a label?
At this L&D Zurich Meetup in collaboration with LHH, we're bringing together three practitioners who share their hands-on experience with psychometric tools (Lumina Spark, Leadership Circle, CliftonStrengths) as well as a broader perspective from an LHH expert. You'll walk away with a clearer sense of what these tools are actually good for, where they fall short, and how to make a smart call the next time one lands on your desk.
Expect honest talk on real use cases and what to think through before introducing a psychometric tool into your own organisation for the first time.
Whether you're a leader in L&D or HR, this is your chance to get the practitioner's view, not just the marketing pitch.
