From Vibe Coding to Agentic Engineering with Claude Code
Most people using AI for coding are still vibe coding.
Random prompts.
Messy outputs.
No systems.
No review workflows.
No production-quality engineering process.
But the best builders are operating differently.
They’re using Claude Code as an actual engineering collaborator with workflows, context systems, review loops, subagents, and structured processes that let them ship significantly faster without sacrificing quality.
This session is about that shift:
From vibe coding → to agentic engineering.
In this collaborative workshop, we’ll break down how some of the fastest-moving builders and teams are using AI-native engineering workflows to ship production-ready code at incredible speed.
Led by Namish Pruthi Founder @ Greatape AI https://www.greatapeai.com/ Previously Sr. Engineer @ Optum
We’ll cover:
What agentic engineering is and why it’s different from vibe coding
How top AI-native builders ship code with AI at high velocity
The 5 pillars of strong AI engineering workflows
How to structure Claude Code for production-quality output
Advanced Claude Code workflows:
subagents,
slash commands,
skills,
cross-model review,
and collaborative engineering patterns
Instead of spending hours building one guided demo project together, this session is designed as a collaborative working sprint.
You’ll come with:
your own project,
an existing codebase,
or one specific feature/fix you want to ship.
Then throughout the session, we’ll apply the workflows together in real time.
We’ll:
quickly cover the key principles and best practices,
show before/after artifacts to demonstrate the difference good workflows make,
set up tools like gstack skills and structured Claude Code workflows,
and then move into collaborative build time where you apply the process to your own project with guidance along the way.
This Session Is NOT
A Claude Code beginner setup session
An “AI will replace engineers” debate
Prompt-engineering theory talk
A no-code workshop for complete beginners
You should already have Claude Code installed and working.
Who This Is For
Indie hackers and solo builders
Early-stage founders
PMs and designers who code a bit
Engineers experimenting with AI-native workflows
Anyone who has used Claude Code before but hasn’t fully figured out how to ship reliably with it
Prerequisites
Please come prepared with:
Claude Code installed and working
A real project repo open on your machine
One specific feature/fix/problem you want to work on
A working git remote so you can open PRs
This will be highly collaborative, hands-on, and builder-focused.
You won’t just watch workflows.
You’ll apply them live on your own project.
