About Event
Why is California the most expensive state in America?
Join Student Policy Institute at Berkeley and Students for Abundance at Berkeley for a private dinner with Sam Trachtman, senior researcher at the Berkeley Economy and Society Initiative (BESI). We'll take a hard look at why living in California costs so much, how political incentives lock in this dysfunction, and the policies to make the state affordable again.
Food provided. Not all guests will be accepted due to space constraints, so RSVP soon.
