​Beauty Codes Circle: Dance With Your Emotions

​What if your emotions weren’t something to manage, suppress, fix or rise above, but something to listen to?

​Our emotions are messengers. They reveal what matters to us, where we’ve been hurt, what we long for, what needs expression and what may be ready to move through us.

​For our next Beauty Codes Circle, we’ll explore the Beauty Code Honor Your Emotions and create space for the full spectrum of what we feel.

​Together, we’ll practice meeting our emotions with curiosity rather than judgment and explore how allowing ourselves to truly feel can become a pathway back to greater aliveness, authenticity and connection with ourselves.

​This isn’t about getting lost in our emotions. It’s about learning to honor their wisdom without allowing them to define us.

​What to Expect

​This is an intimate Beauty Codes gathering weaving together:

• ​grounding + connection

• ​embodiment and emotional awareness practices

• ​Beauty Codes teachings + reflection

• ​partner and group sharing

• ​somatic practices for feeling and moving emotion through the body

• ​ritual + activation

• ​crystal bowl sound healing in the pool

• ​spaciousness and safety to simply be with other women

​For this circle, we’ll work intentionally with the element of water as a symbol and container for the emotional body.

​We’ll enter the pool for an immersive crystal bowl sound experience. Held by the water and surrounded by vibration, we’ll invite the body into the process, moving beyond simply understanding our emotions to feeling, releasing and intentionally recoding our relationship with them.

• ​You sometimes feel overwhelmed by emotion or disconnected from what you’re feeling

• ​You want to trust your inner experience more deeply

​What to Bring:
Light layers, a water bottle, journal, a swimsuit (towels and robes will be provided)

​Arrival:
Please arrive by 2:00 PM to settle in, connect and enjoy some light snacks.

​We will open the circle at 2:30 PM.

​There will be time to relax and connect with the other women after the circle closes.
