Half-day Yoga Retreat
Yoga with M — Open House
A half-day to slow down, breathe, and try a full Hatha yoga session before deciding if it's for you.
⚠️ Please note that this is a paid event.
This isn't a quick studio class. It's built the way traditional Hatha texts describe it — asana and pranayama together, with enough time to actually feel the effect, not just move through poses.

Who this is for
Anyone curious about trying a Hatha yoga class with Mrigisha before committing
Anyone who wants a proper introduction to traditional yoga, not a fitness-class version of it
Anyone who wants one peaceful weekend morning to themselves
What you'll get out of it
A slower, more complete practice than most weekly classes allow time for.
Space to actually notice your breath instead of rushing through it.
A quiet stretch of hours away from your phone, screens, and to-do list.
And a real sense of whether this practice style and this teacher are the right fit for you in the future.
👩🏻🏫 Know your hosts
Mrigisha is a certified yoga and pranayama teacher who believes conscious breathing and movement are the starting point for a conscious lifestyle. Her practice combines traditional yoga with breathwork, and her interest in Ayurveda has led her to cook and bake plant-based sattvic meals. She's building a space where Stockholm's wellness seekers can learn and live by the principles of yoga on and off the mat.
Beata is a plant-based chef based in Stockholm. She runs a cooking community called joycookclub for women in Stockholm where people gather to cook and share plant-based food from around the world. As a co-founder of Anima, she wants to bring joy to women and children and create an inclusive space where they can all feel a sense of belonging.
