Women in VC Poker Night (Learn and Play)

Lots of women are missing out on the networking that happens around poker events because they don’t know how to play or don’t feel confident enough to join in.

So, we're doing something about it!

Join Mountside Ventures and Republic Europe for a women-only poker night for the VC community. Complete beginners are very welcome and encouraged.

Once we’ve practised a few hands, we’ll put our new skills to the test in a friendly tournament-style game.

There’ll also be pizza, drinks, and plenty of time to meet other women working across VC.

Schedule

6:00 pm: Networking, drinks & food
6:30 pm: Beginner-friendly poker lesson
7:00 pm: Guided practice hands
7:30 pm: We play for real ♥️♠️
9:30 pm: We get down to one lucky winner

Location

This event is taking place just a few blocks away from Tottenham Court Road station, at the Republic Europe offices at Cubo London in Soho. When you arrive, you'll need to sign in at the front desk, and someone will direct you to the lifts and to the 2nd floor.

Places are limited so everyone gets enough time and support at the tables.
