The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is dedicated to offering valuable programs while addressing the needs of our community as circumstances evolve.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event begins will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event, including on the day of the event, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

To request a refund, contact the relevant event’s point of contact with your registration details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

We cannot issue refunds for no-shows unless prior notice is given. The Center may waive this policy for genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

Retail Readiness: Getting Your Product on the Shelf is a focused workshop designed to help small businesses prepare their products for retail success, from local boutiques and online marketplaces to national retailers.

Participants will learn what buyers look for, how to position their product competitively, and how to pitch to large retailers such as Target, Whole Foods Market, and Walmart.

Industry experts and successful founders will share practical guidance on packaging, pricing, production readiness, retail compliance, and distribution so entrepreneurs can confidently approach retail buyers and scale their businesses.
