The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is dedicated to offering valuable programs while addressing the needs of our community as circumstances evolve.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event begins will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event, including on the day of the event, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

To request a refund, contact the relevant event’s point of contact with your registration details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

We cannot issue refunds for no-shows unless prior notice is given. The Center may waive this policy for genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

The Polsky Exchange is partnering with Working Credit, a national nonprofit, to offer free financial wellness support designed for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Working Credit provides expert guidance on how the credit system works, how to avoid common scams, and how to build and sustain strong credit.

The workshop moves beyond education, delivering actionable, step-by-step support that participants can use right away. Topics include credit, why it matters for your business, and more.
