The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is dedicated to offering valuable programs while addressing the needs of our community as circumstances evolve.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event begins will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event, including on the day of the event, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

To request a refund, contact the relevant event’s point of contact with your registration details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

We cannot issue refunds for no-shows unless prior notice is given. The Center may waive this policy for genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

Join the Polsky center and Melissa Harris, Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Booth and Entrepreneur in Residence, for an informative workshop on how to pitch effectively. This will be a dynamic and interactive workshop that will leverage Melissa’s past experience as a business columnist for the Chicago Tribune, and her current role as CEO of her own company. Attendees can come attend in person at the Harper Center in room 3B but space is very limited. There will also be a hybrid option.
