About Event

This workshop begins with a guided meditation led by Jillian of MotherLoveMore, creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and arrive fully before we dive into a qigong warm-up and your discovery work.

What if you had a User Guide for yourself?

In this interactive experience, you’ll create your own personal User Guide, a practical tool that helps you better understand how you think, communicate, recharge, handle stress, make decisions, and receive support.

Many of us spend years learning how to care for everyone else without ever learning how we operate ourselves. The result can be burnout, resentment, misunderstandings, and feeling disconnected from our own needs.

You might discover things like:

• “Please don’t ask me what’s for dinner at 5 PM.”
• “I need 20 minutes alone before I can answer questions.”
• “When I’m venting, I don’t want solutions. I want empathy.”
• “I hate being interrupted when I’m concentrating.”
• “I need plans in advance, not last-minute changes.”
• “If I’m quiet, it usually means I’m overwhelmed, not upset.”
• “The fastest way to help me is to take something off my plate without asking.”

These small insights often seem obvious once they’re spoken aloud, but they’re rarely communicated clearly. When the people in our lives understand how we operate, it can reduce misunderstandings, resentment, and unnecessary conflict.

You’ll leave with a personalized User Guide that can be shared with partners, family members, friends, colleagues, or simply used as a tool for deeper self-awareness.

Perfect for women who are ready to stop guessing what they need and start understanding themselves with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.

We will be limiting this workshop to 13 women.
