About Event

A Two-Day, Non-Residential, In-Person Only Retreat

Description:

This two-day, non-residential insight meditation retreat offers a shared space to explore impermanence (anicca) as it is directly observed in the moment-to-moment flow of our experience. Through guided and silent practice, we attend to the changing nature of breath, body, and mind.

The Buddha pointed to impermanence as a central doorway to deepening freedom and wellbeing. With the support of mindfulness (sati), we begin to notice how experience is ever changing, and how holding on creates subtle strain (dukkha).

With greater clarity into the truth of change, letting go happens naturally—not as a force, but as a natural response to seeing things as they really are. As we begin to live in alignment with the truth of impermanence, greater aliveness, peace and joy becomes possible within our everyday lives.
