Brico Book Circle: The Book of Delights by Ross Gay
Brico Book Circle
Brico Book Circle is a chance to slow down, connect, and dig into the ideas shaping how we lead, care, and build community. Each session brings together a small group of changemakers to explore one book through conversation, curiosity, and a bit of collective wisdom. No homework vibes and no pressure to finish every page. Just real people, real talk, and space to reflect on the kind of leaders and community builders we’re becoming.
We’ll gather every other month in 2026 to read work from voices who challenge, encourage, and stretch us: from courage and boundaries to emergence, reciprocity, and delight. Come for the ideas. Stay for the connection. Leave a little more grounded than you arrived.

December: The Book of Delights by Ross Gay
If you don't have the book yet, purchase here to support local bookstores and Brico.
We’ll close the year with Ross Gay’s gentle, joyful practice of noticing. The Book of Delights is a masterclass in paying attention — to small wonders, surprising moments, and the bits of beauty that cut through the weight of the world.
This session will lean into gratitude without the forced cheer, and reflection without the heaviness. It’s an invitation to end the year lighter, more present, and a little more tuned into the magic tucked inside ordinary days.
