About Event

Join us for a restorative morning in nature as we explore the trails of Inwood Hill Park and take in sweeping views of Spuyten Duyvil Creek and the Hudson River. Guided by Jordan (JTB), we'll move at a mindful pace while creating space to connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world around us.

After the hike, settle into stillness with a grounding sound bath led by Kim Saira. Through sound, rest and reflection, we'll embrace the healing power of nature and community as we slow down, reset and reconnect.

This experience centers BIPOC health and well-being.

ABOUT YOUR HIKE GUIDE: JORDAN & KIM

Jordan Tyler Brown (JTB for short) is a LA born, Brooklyn based creative with a passion for finding community through movement.
