Wild Rebellion Autumn Retreat
Autumn is upon us.
The light is waning, the air is getting crisper, and it won’t be long before our indoor time surpasses our outdoor opportunities.
Before the window closes, let’s gather in nature for a full day reset and relish in the magic of slowing down together.
Join Bex & Nick for the next Wild Rebellion Retreat, a full day of mindfulness and movement in nature.
Sunday October 25
Bear Creek Lake State Park, Mountain View Picnic Shelter
15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228 (Open in Google Maps)
10am to 4pm
We’ll gather at 9:45 to set up and begin promptly at 10, spending the day exploring a series of nature-based mindfulness and accessible movement practices.
Come as you are. No experience needed. We'll spend the day slowing down and moving gently, and let the land at Bear Creek set the pace.
What to bring:
Layers for sun and shifting temps (50s to 70s)
An extra blanket for warmth once we slow down and sit still
Water, snacks, sunscreen, sun protection
A cushion or chair for sitting on uneven ground
A yoga mat or towel for ground-based movement
A pop-up shade or umbrella if you want extra cover (there's a pavilion on site, though some practices will happen outside it)
Comfortable shoes for a short walk
Your full, present self (or as much of it as you can muster)
Suggested contribution: $100
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
