Primal Fest is the first annual wellness festival built for the fitness community of the Greater Boston Area and the North Shore — happening August 1st at Winchester Community Park.

🧘 3 Classes in the Field House Primal Yoga with Tim Russell, Ignite Power Yoga with Sophia Bonacorso, and Mat Pilates with Bella from Hyde Studio. Back to back, all morning.
💪 Gym Experience on the Outdoor Turf MMM, Mt. Olympus, and Rx Strength bringing their best challenges, competitions, and demos to the turf. Come test yourself.
⚡ Workshops Lymphatic Movement with Lori Russell of Yoga Moves, and an Agility, Speed & Explosiveness Workshop.
🔥 Wood Fire Sauna + Cold Plunge A 10-person wood fire sauna and cold plunges on site all morning. Recovery is part of the work.
🍳 Food Breakfast sandwiches and morning bites from Pignones Cafe. Coffee cart. Protein based baked goods. More to be announced.
🎧 DJ/MC Energy from the first class to the last rep.
🛍️ Vendor Village 20+ local wellness brands. Supplements, apparel, IV therapy, PT, skincare, and more. Every ticket includes a raffle entry — all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
THE SCHEDULE
9:00 AM — Outdoor doors open. Gym experience, vendor village, sauna, cold plunge, DJ all live.
9:15 AM — ASE Workshop begins on the outdoor turf.
10:00 AM — Field house opens.
10:15 AM — Primal Yoga with Tim Russell.
11:05 AM — Ignite Power Yoga with Sophia Bonacorso.
12:00 PM — Mat Pilates with Bella, Hyde Studio. Lymphatic Movement Workshop with Lori Russell begins.
1:30 PM — Raffle drawn. All proceeds to the American Cancer Society.
2:00 PM — Festival closes.
5:00 PM — Primal Dinner at Pignone's Cafe hosted by Tim Russell. Primal Experience Ticket Holders Only.

🏃 Early Bird — $45 (50 tickets only) Full festival access. All classes, gym experience, vendor village, sauna and cold plunge, DJ/MC. The lowest price we'll ever offer — when they're gone, they're gone.
🎟️ General Admission — $60 Once the Early Bird is sold out price jumps to $60. Your full Primal Fest morning. Movement, community, energy.
⚡ VIP — $120 (Limited to 40 tickets) Everything in GA plus access to every workshop, a Primal Fest gratitude bag stocked with vendor product and branded gear, priority entry, and exclusive access to the VIP Mezzanine inside the field house — your private home base all morning, stocked with food and drinks included in your ticket.
🔥 Primal Experience — $197 (Hard cap: 20 tickets) Everything in VIP — plus a seat at the Primal Dinner.
After the festival, 20 Primal Experience ticket holders join Tim Russell at Pignones Cafe for a private, family-style dinner. Steak, sides, appetizers, and housemade drinks — cooked by Tim. The evening is built around real conversation and real connection, with a theme designed to go deeper than small talk.

Primal Fest is proudly supporting the American Cancer Society. Team Primal is running the Chicago Marathon on October 11, 2026 and will be running a raffle with all proceeds being donated to ACS.
