About Event

This session explores practical approaches to creativity and ideation that help participants generate more ideas — and better ones. Rather than treating creativity as something abstract or accidental, the webinar looks at it as a skill set that can be strengthened through concrete methods, structured practice, and the right mindset.

For educators, this can be especially relevant in situations where fresh thinking is needed every day: designing engaging lessons, finding new ways to capture attention, varying activities and formats, and responding to the challenges of distraction and overload in today’s learning environment. At the same time, the session is designed not only for educators, but also for other professionals who want to improve how they approach problem-solving, idea generation, and creative work.

The webinar may be particularly useful for those who want to:

  • generate multiple ideas in a short amount of time

  • improve both the quantity and quality of ideas

  • bring more creativity into everyday professional routines

  • refresh familiar formats and avoid repetitive approaches

  • develop practical habits for stronger ideation and innovation

Who this is for:

  • Educators and teachers

  • Tutors and instructional leads

  • Academic coordinators and school administrators

  • Creative professionals and team leads

  • Anyone interested in practical methods for stronger idea generation

Potential questions to explore:

  • How can creativity become a repeatable practice rather than a random moment of inspiration?

  • What methods help generate a larger range of ideas without losing quality?

  • How can educators and professionals create more engaging concepts under time pressure.

  • How can practical ideation techniques support teaching, facilitation, and everyday professional work?
