In-person IWH Community Happy Hour in NYC
Who’s hosting: In Women’s Health (IWH), a professional community for people working in women’s health, from founders and marketers to clinicians and investors.
What it is: A casual networking night in Chelsea on Thursday, Nov 5, 6 to 8:30pm. We’ll walk through a free art opening together, then head to a nearby spot for drinks and bites (venue TBD).
Who can come: IWH community members and guests who are invested in the advancement of women’s health.
The art: Yoshitomo Nara is one of the biggest names in contemporary art, known for his wide-eyed, slightly defiant characters. This is his first major New York show in nearly a decade, at David Zwirner.
Why we picked it: Nara’s characters began as self-portraits and became mirrors for millions. That is the leap we want for women’s health: from one woman’s story to care that recognizes us all.
