Bloom Gathering: Quiet the Noise
🌱 Reset, Reflect & Connect:
The seasons are shifting. Are you?
As we approach the Spring Equinox, a transition between stillness and growth, join us to pause and reset.
This gathering offers a first glimpse into The Bloom Collective, a guided community for women navigating life’s "in-betweens": seasons where something familiar has been outgrown, but the next chapter is still unfolding.
Through a wellness experience led by MTG Place, we quiet the noise, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves before planting new seeds.
Expect a warm and cozy atmosphere with light refreshments and small surprises.
The evening closes with intentional connection with women navigating similar seasons - because, perhaps most importantly, life's transitions were never meant to be solo journeys.
We encourage you to bring a friend who might benefit from this experience.
✨ Evening Flow:
7:30 PM: Doors open + arrival
7:50 PM: Guided Wellness Experience - breathwork, meditation, journaling and sound
8:45 PM: Structured Connection & Conversation
To preserve the integrity of the experience, late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session begins.
📝 What to bring:
Comfortable clothing for sitting or laying down
Yoga mat, cushion, or blanket for extra comfort during the wellness portion (some will be available)
Favorite journal or notebook with a pen (some will be available)
🌿Our hope:
You will leave feeling:
Grounded and regulated
Reconnected with yourself
Inspired by meaningful conversations
More intentional about what you choose to cultivate next
