Yoga Nidra
Come wind down for an evening of Yoga Nidra at Jess's place! Yoga Nidra stands for “yogic sleep”and is a form of guided meditation. It works by systematically relaxing the body and mind, help calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling genuinely restored. There's no movement, no flexibility required, no experience needed. You'll spend the hour on your back, eyes closed, doing absolutely nothing except existing and letting your body do what it needs to do.
Whether you've been running on empty, carrying a lot lately, or just want to feel a little more like yourself again, this is a great way to spend a Friday evening. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow if you want to be extra cozy. I also have a few extra of these if you are not able to bring them, just let me know.
Jess is not a certified yoga instructor, just someone who has found real value in this practice and wants to share it with others.
