Body Trust Learning Series: summer cohort

​Join me in deconstructing the harmful scripts we judge ourselves by and empower our existence once again. This therapeutic learning series is for women (25+) in Nebraska who seek to heal the body shame forced upon us and boost their body trust.

​This is COHORT registration for a six workshop series, meeting every other Tuesday evening (5:30-7:00pm C) during June-July-August.

​Registration is $600, or you may choose to pay three installments of $210 ($630 total). After you enroll, we will send a welcome email with instructions to pay and a calendar invitation with the zoom link.

​(Note: Cohort will be canceled if less than 4 registrants.)
