Body Trust Learning Series: autumn cohort

​Join me in deconstructing the harmful scripts we judge ourselves by and empower our existence once again. This liberatory learning series, facilitated by a therapist, is for women (25+) in Nebraska who seek to heal the body shame forced upon us and boost their body trust.

​This is COHORT registration for a six workshop series, meeting every other Tuesday evening (5:30-7:00pm C) during August-September-October

​Registration is $300, or $100 monthly. After you enroll, we will send a welcome email with instructions to pay and a calendar invitation with the zoom link.

​(Note: Cohort will be canceled if less than 5 registrants.)
