The Reset - private edition

​Most personal development works on the surface, strategy, communication, behaviour. This is something different.

​The Reset is an immersive experience that uses breathwork, guided hypnosis, and somatic awareness to bring people into a deep state of inner coherence. It is not a workshop. It is not a talk.

​It is a direct experience of what becomes possible when you stop managing yourself and start listening from somewhere much larger than the thinking mind.

​Over 2 hours, a small group of people will move through a carefully held journey, from the noise of busy lives, through a breathwork practice designed to release mental tension, into a guided experience that invites you to set down the small self and open to something wiser. Not a voice you have to chase or earn. One that is already there, waiting to be heard.

​Participants leave with something real: not an answer someone gave them, but one they found in themselves. A clarity that feels different from a decision made under pressure, quieter, steadier, and harder to argue with.
