A.R.T.® 1 Beginners Online Programme – June 2026
Led by Daniela Deiosso & Dietrich Klinghardt
The Autonomic Response Testing® Beginners programme teaches you the foundations of A.R.T. including the theory and practical demonstrations, with practice steps to help you master the techniques.
About the Programme:
The A.R.T.® 1 Online Training Programme consists of 4 modules.
A new module will be released each week giving you access to the Core Learning Programme with the learning topics for that week, along with Consolidation Steps to support your learning. You’ll have access to the Core Learning Programme and the Discussion Board for a total of 8 weeks from the start of the programme.
The Core Learning Programme includes:
Lectures teaching you the foundations of Autonomic Response Testing.
Videos of Dr Klinghardt and Daniela Deiosso demonstrating A.R.T. 1 skills and techniques step-by-step, covering the core learning points for each module. These can be watched at your own pace and as often as you wish within the programme time frame.
Downloadable resources including reading materials and PDFs.
Practice steps within each module to guide you in developing and honing your A.R.T. skills, building your confidence and competence with each of the skills covered.
Consolidation of Learning:
A multiple choice assessment to test your learning at the end of each module.
Recorded Q&A sessions can be found within each module answering most of the FAQs.
Discussion Board – each module will have an ice-breaker question that we ask you to answer each week, along with a space to ask questions, support each other and consolidate your learning.
You’ll have access to the programme until 17th August 2026 (8 weeks from the start of the programme) and can view the videos as often as you wish within this time. All written materials can be downloaded.

A.R.T. Tools Required:
There are a number of tools that you will need for the A.R.T. 1 programme to enable you to practice the skills and techniques. Please make sure to order these in time to arrive in time for the first module starting on 23rd June.

If you’re serious about learning A.R.T. we recommend the Starter Packs to enable you to better practice the skills you’ll be learning.
The Minimum Starter Pack has everything you need for A.R.T. 1.

Certificate of Attendance:
You will receive a C.P.D. certificate of attendance on condition that you have completed the online modules.
This programme is eligible for 30 CPD points (with NNA, UK)
This programme is open to all however please note: to take the exams and professionally practise A.R.T. you are required to be a healthcare practitioner governed by a regulatory body and to have passed the Advanced A.R.T. Exam (see Training Structure for the certification pathway).
Completion of the A.R.T. programmes does not certify you to professionally practice A.R.T.

I understand that taking the A.R.T. programmes does not qualify me to teach A.R.T. and confirm that I will not train / teach A.R.T. either in person or online.
If I use another form of testing, I will not mix it with A.R.T. to form a hybrid of the different methods. I understand that A.R.T. needs to be practised in its pure form as taught by Dr Klinghardt and Daniela Deiosso and their officially recognised teachers.
