About Event

When was the last time you felt in charge of your own health?

The Microdosing Method puts you in the driver's seat, with a clear roadmap and a trusted guide beside you.

You had the breakthrough. Then life came back, and it faded. Day 2 is about what makes it last.

Join Rev. Jemie Sae Koo, M.A., and Dr. Leah Linder, N.D., for Day 2 of The Microdosing Method Workshop, a free 3-day event. One hour, different content from Day 1, and it stands on its own. Here's what you'll discover on Day 2, Thursday, November 19: Make It Last. The part most programs miss and never teach: why change fades, and what helps it last.

✔ The window: microdosing opens a window, and what you do while it's open decides whether anything lasts. Practitioners call this integration. We'll make it simple and break it down step by step so it is easy to put into practice.

✔ The foundation and preparation the medicine lands on: why your body has to feel safe first, the tools to help you get there, and the everyday load you're carrying that most programs never talk about.

✔ The everyday practices that make the results stick: intention, rhythm, lifestyle tools, and the people around you, so your "aha moments" become real shifts you can feel and bring into your day to day life.

✔ A free practice to start the same night.

✔ Early access to the replays and special bonuses for everyone who joins us live.

This workshop is for you if…

If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.

  • You’re living with depression, anxiety, past trauma, or a chronic health condition, and you want to understand what the research really says.

  • You’ve read everything about microdosing and still don’t know if it’s safe for you.

  • You take medication and want honest answers before you try anything.

  • You tried on your own, felt a spark, and watched it fade.

  • You want real guides to ask, not another forum thread.

And on Day 3, Friday, November 20 at 12:30pm ET (9:30am PT): a live Q&A with Jemie, Leah, and TMM Alumni, who will share what the experience was like for them.
