A Sunset Gathering in Malibu
Hello, we’re Hadil and Reham, and we’d love to open our current space in Malibu to welcome you for our first pilot experience of reflection, connection, and shared curiosity.
I’m Hadil, a Lebanese-Canadian architect with over a decade of experience, currently visiting from Lebanon. Through my organization, Harmonia, I’ve been exploring a question that guides my work: What does it mean to design and build systems of care? This inquiry brings together my work in architecture, community, and systems building, exploring the relationships and structures that support us in living and creating together.
My cohost, Reham, stewards the Beautiful Medicine ecosystem, weaving Islamic-rooted wisdom, science-informed wellness, emotional embodiment, beauty, entrepreneurship, and community belonging. Her work supports people in returning to themselves, embodying their amanah—the trust and responsibility they carry—and contributing to a more beautiful world. Through healing journeys, practitioner education, and community experiences, she brings together three guiding principles: clarity within complexity, structure with soul, and expansion without fragmentation.
Across our journeys, we keep recognizing that we each carry a piece of a larger puzzle. Yet we rarely make space to connect and integrate those pieces, to learn from one another’s experiences, discover what is emerging across different spaces, and explore what becomes possible together.
In this time of transition, many of us are holding visions and building new systems of collaboration and community. We’d love to gather around the question: What is needed to bring our pieces together, and what can we learn from one another as we build?
We’ll watch the sunset, share snacks, and move through guided reflections, exercises, and shared experiences that invite us to connect, open our curiosity, and explore the pieces we are holding individually and as a collective!
