Join us in Prospect Park for root & rise, a Sunday flow to welcome the season ahead.
Summer solstice is a week away, and there's something in the air already. Longer days, more light, the feeling that something is opening. We'll move with that. Rooting down through the legs and spine, rising upward through the chest, then settling into a live sound bath savasana near the Picnic House as the morning sun comes through the trees.
After class, stay for iced Hamoa tea and Cardamom Ojas Bites by Eloria, a chance to land, meet someone new, or linger a little longer in the light.
What to bring: your mat, water, and an open heart.
Pricing: donation-based. Suggested contribution $10–20. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Cash and Venmo accepted day of.
