About Vitalium
Vitalium is a modern training system rooted in the rare Shaolin Nei Jing Yi Zhi Chan lineage. Blending centuries-old internal cultivation with contemporary Qigong practice, Vitalium develops energy, focus, resilience, and whole-body vitality.
A central element of the training is the gradual opening of internal energy awareness—traditionally referred to as Kāi Qi. Through structured stance work, breath training, and guided energetic activation, practitioners learn to sense, circulate, and refine the body’s internal vitality over time.
Vitalium is both a disciplined practice and a community dedicated to exploring human potential, longevity, and mindful vitality.
