​For this one, I'm inviting someone who's shaped my life more than anyone else: Rajesh Setty, my godfather and the greatest teacher I've ever had.

​Soundarya Balasubramani is the author of 1000 Days of Love, a two-time author, and the founder of one of the largest communities for skilled immigrants in America. A former Product Manager at Salesforce, she's passionate about helping people build meaningful careers, relationships, and lives through generosity and community. Today, her work reaches a community of over 450,000 people across the world.

​Rajesh Setty is an entrepreneur, author, investor, and mentor who has spent decades helping founders, leaders, and ambitious people navigate life's biggest decisions. More importantly, he's been one of the greatest influences in Soundarya's own journey: her godfather, mentor, and the person she still turns to when she's stuck.
