About Event

Join us at Casa Wellness for an evening of slowing down and connecting with therapists and practice owners working at the edge of psychedelic medicine in New York. Casa Wellness is a working home for Spravato treatment, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and group retreats, so this is a rare chance to step inside a real clinical space and experience how a thoughtfully designed environment can support healing.

At the heart of the evening, Erica Sandoval, LCSW, and Juanita Viera, LCAT, will sit down together for a fireside conversation drawn from their own practice. They will talk about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Spravato, hosting retreats, and what it actually takes to create an optimal therapeutic set and setting, and how we can make these treatments more accessible to the communities that need them most.

Before and after the conversation, guests can explore a series of spaces that offer a small taste of the preparation and integration practices that surround psychedelic therapy. You might draw a card in the tarot corner to set an intention, spend a few unhurried minutes in the arts and crafts area reflecting through your hands, or visit the aromatherapy section to experience how scent can ground the body and shape a setting. Light bites will be provided with elixirs throughout the evening.

Come for the conversation, stay for the connections, and leave with a deeper feel for what thoughtful psychedelic care can look like.
