About Event

Close Nordic Tech Week on your feet.

A morning closing party for people who want to perform better, recover faster and stay in the game longer.

After a week of sitting, talking and staring at screens, we thought Nordic Tech Week should end a bit differently.

Loovi, The Sacred Sauna and BackingMinds are bringing everyone together for one last morning run. Starting with a relaxed 5km in conversational pace around Stockholm and Djurgården, followed by a morning party at The Sacred Sauna.

Run. Plunge. Sauna. Music.

Join the run from 07:30, or come straight to the party from 08:30.

The morning

07:20 | Doors open at The Sacred Sauna, Mood Gallerian

Lockers and changing facilities are available, so you can leave your things safely and get ready before the run.

07:45 - 08:30 | 5K social run

An easy run around Stockholm and Djurgården. The point is to enjoy the morning, not chase a PB.

08:30 - 11:00 | Morning closing party

We head back to The Sacred Sauna. There will be a Sauna ritual that you don’t want to miss. DJ on. Sauna hot. Plunge cold.

Sauna sessions, cold plunges and music until 11:00, with breakfast and coffee available and hydration provided by SALTE and HYER.

Run 5K. Get 500 SEK towards your health.

Everyone who completes the run gets a 500 SEK Loovi gift card to use towards a Loovi program.

Attendance

Free to attend. Limited capacity. Application required.

Hosted by Loovi | The Sacred Sauna | BackingMinds

Hydration by SALTE and HYER
