​Go behind the scenes and learn how we make the fresh ramen noodles served at Sobo.

​In this hands-on workshop, you'll make our house ramen noodles from scratch using the same process we use in our kitchen. Measure ingredients, mix and knead the dough, press it through the roller, and cut your own noodles before enjoying a bowl of ramen made with the noodles you created.

​Along the way, you'll tour our kitchen, work in small teams, take on a few fun challenges, and discover what goes into making great ramen long before the broth is poured.
