Sekke: the tropical summer heatwave ☀️
the heat is slowly getting here and hopefully by the time we have this dinner it will be in full swing. this menu is a complete celebration of the sun. back home in coastal karnataka, we have a specific word for that heavy, humid, intense summer heatwave: sekke.
this supper club is a wild, beautiful collision of two distinct summers - the blinding tropical sun of the coastal karnataka and the endless, sun-drenched light of swedish midsummer. it is a menu built on ingredients, flavours and techniques well known to both places

💚 Vegetarian option
If you’re vegetarian, you’ll get a raw banana rava fry instead of mackerel rava fry for the main course. Just make sure to mention your preference when registering. The dessert contains eggs.

Please note: To maintain the intimate dinner atmosphere and due to the experimental nature of the menu, this is an adults-only (18+) dinner. Hope you understand!
