There is a particular kind of reset that does not come from thinking harder, planning better, or trying to optimize your way out of stress. It happens when the body finally gets a clear signal. When the breath slows down. When the mind stops running ahead. When the cold arrives, and for a few seconds everything unnecessary falls away.
The Ultimate Reset is a guided practice for people who want to return to themselves through breath, presence, and controlled exposure to the elements. We gather by the sea in Málaga to work with the body directly, using simple theory, conscious breathwork, and deliberate cold exposure as a way to regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with a steadier internal state.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to the principles behind breathwork, stress regulation, and cold exposure, so the practice is not just something you experience but something you understand. From there, you’ll be guided through a conscious breathing session designed to shift state, bring awareness back into the body, and prepare the system for cold. The cold exposure itself is optional and guided with care, using sea water and ice as a direct way to practice presence under intensity.
The aim is simple: to leave clearer, calmer, and more connected than when you arrived.
Who This Is For
This session is for anyone curious about breathwork, cold exposure, and nervous system regulation, as well as those who already have experience and want a regular space to deepen the practice.
You do not need to have attended a previous Wim Hof Method workshop. You do need to come with respect for your body, willingness to follow guidance, and enough curiosity to meet intensity without turning it into performance.

Oscar Trelles is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, systemic coach, and founder of Breathing Flame. His work focuses on applied resilience, helping people integrate breathwork, nervous system regulation, and environmental stressors into real life, leadership, and long-term wellbeing.
