About Event

A free 90-minute Open Field Studio · Online via Zoom Hosted by Jean-Philippe Steeger (Perspectivist)

You've built genuine depth. Years of experience, a real practice, work that actually transforms.

And yet something keeps getting lost between what you carry and how it lands.

The right people don't find you. Or they find you, sense something, and then don't follow through. You explain. You tweak the words. You try a new format. And still the offer doesn't quite reach the people it's made for.

Meanwhile, others with thinner work and louder presence fill their programmes.

This is not a communication problem. It is a choreographic mismatch. A gap between who you are, what you carry, the soil you are working in, and the form your work takes in that soil. You carry a gift that doesn’t fit painkiller marketing.

This workshop provides orientation without dumbing down, artificial branding, or becoming someone you are not.

This is for you if

You are a founder, consultant, coach, leader, or community steward in sustainability, regeneration, wellbeing, or systems change, and at least one of these is true:

  • You know your work is valuable but struggle to make that value visible to the people who most need it

  • You undercharge, overexplain, or attract clients who don't quite get what they are paying for

  • You sense a mismatch between the depth of what you carry and the way it is currently landing

  • You want to grow without becoming louder, more promotional, or less true to what you actually do

  • You have experimented with different offers, formats, and positioning — and still something feels off

This is not for you if you are looking for quick-fix formulas, a ready-made brand strategy, or a way to make shallow work sound deep. The methodology we work with will only amplify what is genuinely there.

What you will leave with

By the end of this 90-minute session, you will have:

A named reading of your current archetype: which role the living system around you is actually asking you to carry right now, and whether the way you are showing up is attuned to that

A diagnosis of your primary mismatch: whether the gap is in Attunement (reading the field), Embodiment (how your presence lands), or Value (how clearly your offer is recognised as worthy investment)

A soil reading of your field: what the cultural soil of your audience can currently hold, and what that means for the form your work needs to take

One specific thing to shift: not a strategy, not a rebrand: a choreographic adjustment you can make within the next two weeks

Access to the Choreographic Check-in: a free self-assessment to track your three orientations over time

What makes this different

Many communication workshops teach you to simplify. But “Keep it short, simple, and stupid” doesn’t work. This one helps you to choreograph so that your work resonates where it can actually resonate.

Simplification reduces complexity until it fits conventional frameworks. Choreography structures complexity so different audiences can enter at different depths, at different moments, from different directions.

Simplification asks: how do I make everyone understand the same thing? Choreography asks: how do I design an invitation that lets the right people sense what is genuinely there?

In an ecosystem, every species plays a role that emerges from what it is, where it lives, and what it does in relation to everything around it. Lichen does not conquer the rock. It moves into conditions that would stop most other life forms, makes soil where there was none, and changes the conditions for everything that comes after.

Your work has its own ecological logic. This workshop helps you read it.

What we move through

Arrival and grounding (10 min) A brief somatic attunement, a way of arriving in the body before the framework arrives. You will sense something specific about where your choreography is today.

The mismatch and why it matters (15 min) Why deep transformational work struggles to land. Introduction to the three orientations: Attunement, Embodiment, and Value.

Your archetype and the soil you are working in (20 min) What ecological role you are currently playing in your field, and whether it fits the succession phase of the cultural soil you are working in. Breakout pairs.

Mapping your primary gap (20 min) Interactive: where in the three orientations is the choreography flowing, and where is it meeting resistance? You leave this section with something specific.

The form your work wants to take (15 min) How the gap translates into a concrete next move, a shift in how you show up, tell the story, or structure the offer.

Closing and next steps (10 min) What is available after this session, for those who want to go deeper.

Who hosts this

Jean-Philippe Steeger is a regenerative leadership and communications strategist, the (co-)founder of Perspectivist and re:storied, and the designer of the Ecosystem Choreographies methodology: a living-systems approach to how transformational work moves through culture.

He has worked with regenerative founders, sustainability leaders, coaches, and community builders across Europe and beyond, helping them close the gap between the depth of what they carry and the resonance of how it lands.

Previous Open Field Studio participants have included entrepreneurs redesigning supply chains, coaches navigating institutional change, bioregional stewards building new economic forms, and practitioners whose work sits at intersections that don't yet have names.

What happens after

This workshop is the entry point into the Cœureographers programme and ecosystem.

If the session opens something, the natural next step is the Choreographic Portrait: a 30-minute one-to-one diagnostic session with JP, accompanied by the Choreographic Field Guide. A named reading of your archetype, your primary mismatch, and what a first choreographic shift might look like.

If what you encounter resonates more deeply, the Cœureographers Programme opens its October cohort shortly after this workshop. A six-month choreographic practice for founders, leaders, coaches, and consultants ready to close the gap between the value they create and the way it lands — across the full arc of the seven moves.

If you want to start now, take the free Choreographic Check-in before the workshop: a twenty-minute self-assessment across the three orientations that will make the session land more specifically for you.
