This interactive breathwork workshop is designed for ambitious, high-achieving women who want practical tools to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded—without adding another thing to their to-do list.
In the first half of the session, you’ll learn how to breathe properly (most of us aren’t!) and why your breath is one of the fastest ways to shift your stress levels, focus, and energy.
We’ll break down simple, science-backed breathing techniques you can use anytime, anywhere—before a meeting, during a stressful workday, or when your nervous system feels fried.
In the second half, you’ll be guided through a series of breath practices designed to balance the nervous system. This portion of the workshop is more experiential, allowing your body to integrate what you’ve learned and move out of fight-or-flight and into a state of calm, clarity, and regulation.
You’ll leave feeling grounded and reset—with tangible tools you can immediately apply in your career, relationships, and daily life.
