​In this workshop, we will explore how you are currently spending your time and how this relates to your long term goals as well as the person you want to be. The approach will be a mix of journaling, drawing, collage and sharing with others in a small group.

​You don't need to be an artist - but you can use art as a way to connect with yourself and you will have something to take home to remind you of what matters to you every day!
