By attending The Wiser Me and The Hivery event on February 24th 2026, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary. I understand and assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that attending any public event involves inherent risks. I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.
3. Liability Release
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me, and Grace Kraaijvanger and The Hivery its officers, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in or traveling to/from this event.
4. Personal Property
I acknowledge that Donna Coxon-McCory of The Wiser Me and Grace Kraaijvanger of The Hivery are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
5. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for Donna Coxon-McCory, The Wiser Me, Grace Kraaijvanger, and The Hivery to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken of me during the event for promotional purposes.
6. Health & Safety
I agree to follow all safety protocols and guidelines established for the event. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in the event activities.
7. Binding Effect
This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
By registering for or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
