​in collaboration with Hytte & Hï Drinks, we will start at Hytte Studios where we will hangout after for some open sauna and cold plunge for the right recovery ritual after our run and everyone will get a tasty natural energy drink.

best thing? it's free for you.
registration required as spots are limited.
please note that the event is designed for you to take part in both the run and the open sauna. we can of course run with more people so feel free to tell others about the run, however space in the sauna and cold plunge place is limited.

13:45 - meet, welcome, leave belongings
14:00 - quick warmup & 5k start
14:45 - back at Hytte, open sauna & cold plunge
15:45 - end

what to bring:
- water bottle
- 2 towels (one to sit, one to dry)
- swim wear

Hytte Studios is welcoming us to experience their amazing pop-up concept. Given this privilege and special event setup please be aware that not everyone can be in the sauna at the same time and we trust that everyone that would like will have the chance to try to heat up, cool off, hang out & repeat. Please make sure to respect the start (13:45 meet) and ending time (15:45 end) as there will be regular sessions held before and after our time at Hytte.

• you don't need to be an experienced runner to join
• our hosts will be there to welcome you, introduce you and make sure everyone feels included.

​By attending the event, you agree that photo and video material may be taken for documentation, marketing and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photo or video content, please approach one of the hosts on site and we will fully respect this.

​The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the route, program, timing or setup if required for operational reasons.

​Any form of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event at the organisers discretion.

​If you can no longer attend the event please revoke your registration as spots are limited.
