Come join us to celebrate Hanukkah!
We'll enjoy eat treats, latkes (made by our very own Zach Hawtof), play dreidel, and celebrate the festival of lights. This gathering is exclusive for Fabrik members and their plus ones!
Cookie Swap: Member Sammy Marcus is co-hosting a festive Cookie Swap! To participate, please bring a batch of cookies - homemade is highly encouraged (get creative, or simply perfect the world’s best chocolate chip). If baking isn’t in the cards, buying from your favorite local bakery works too.
Please be prepared to label your cookies if they’re nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free so everyone can enjoy safely.
We’ll provide boxes for the swap, so no need to bring your own containers. You’ll leave with a curated assortment of treats - perfect to enjoy yourself, gift to a friend, or surprise your super or doorman. Can’t wait to see what you bake up!

Quincy – Fabrik member Halli Sigel and Shelby Sims will be sharing samples of their brand Quincy where they believe great cocktails aren’t made by spirits alone—they also require a great mixer and garnish. Where alcohol brands built loyalty, mixers were ignored—until now. Quincy is creating brand love for the other half of the glass by redefining mixers and garnishes for today’s modern consumers.
Clean and functional sweet treat samples from a soon-to-launch healthy snack brand by Fabrik member Ashley Oberdorff and co-founder Liz Watts.
