​Els Thermote est CEO et fondatrice de The Nest Family Office, lancé début 2021 pour promouvoir l'alimentation comme médecine pour les personnes et la planète. Elle y investit dans des entreprises et fonds qui construisent un système alimentaire plus résilient, en Europe et en Amérique du Nord.

​Myleen Verstraete est membre du conseil d'administration de PYM Foundation, où elle œuvre à faire circuler le capital au service du bien en Belgique. Catalyseur de changement, elle mise sur son réseau et la collaboration, est également impliquée auprès d'Ashoka, et consacre temps, énergie et capital à diverses organisations sociales et projets éducatifs.
