​What is a Men’s Circle?

​A Men’s Circle is a safe, supportive space where men come together to share, listen, and grow. It’s a space for open, honest conversation without judgment, helping each participant connect with their authentic self, heal emotional wounds, and build stronger bonds with other men. Through shared experiences, guided exercises, and mutual support, this circle creates a foundation for self-awareness, personal growth, and healing.

​This circle is open to any man who is seeking personal growth, healing, or a deeper connection with others. Whether you’re new to men’s circles or have attended before, you’ll find a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.

​To attend, please ensure you book your place in advance. Spaces are limited to ensure a safe and intimate setting for all participants.

​• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

​• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the circle.

​• Respect and confidentiality are essential – what is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

​• No recording devices are allowed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

​• Please arrive sober, strictly no alcohol or drugs in circle.
