Kevin Harrington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kevin Harrington is an aesthetic nurse practitioner, educator, and consultant known for building high-impact injectable education programs grounded in anatomy, safety, and reproducible technique.
He currently serves as Director of Injectable Education and Professional Development at Obagi Medical, where he leads the strategic design and delivery of national training programs that elevate practitioner competency and support successful product adoption.
Previously, Kevin was a Senior Clinical Educator with Allergan Aesthetics and has held faculty roles with organisations including Galderma (Next Gen Now faculty) and as a long-standing GAIN trainer.
Across his career, he has contributed to several first-of-their-kind initiatives, including co-founding the Learners & Legacies mentorship conference and developing foundational coursework such as Teaching Your Brain How to Inject.
He has also held academic and professional appointments, including Associate Professor at the University of South Florida and Affiliate Director of Cosmetic Dermatology for the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. His work has been widely recognised by peers, including being voted among the top injectors in the country for multiple years.

Alli Galecki is a national educator and commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in aesthetics and skincare.
As National Education Manager at Obagi Medical, she delivers science-driven education that supports product launches and helps providers confidently integrate innovations such as MagIQ and NU-GEN Cellular Renewal Serum into practice.
